Our virtual assistant DAVID (Digital Automated Voice Interactive Dialing) allows you to have 24/7/365 access to your accounts. DAVID is an upgrade from our previous FoneTeller system that now features conversational Interactive Voice Response (IVR) similar to Alexa® or Siri®. You'll be able to speak into your phone to obtain information about your account balance rather than needing to know a ton of prompts to get where you need to go.
