For refinancing, we recommend having your membership established prior to submitting a mortgage application
For Purchases, if you are not currently under contract, we recommend submitting membership/mortgage application simultaneously. However, the membership must be approved to move forward with the loan.
To date, we are not aware of any member information being misused as a result of this incident. However, out of an abundance of caution, we recommend you remain vigilant. We have worked with Marquis to arrange for complimentary credit monitoring services for affected members. Details on how to enroll in these services will be included in the notification letter mailed to you.

We were notified that our vendor, Marquis Software Solutions (Marquis), experienced a data security incident. Marquis is a company that provides marketing and compliance software services to many financial institutions, including FedChoice Federal Credit Union. While this incident occurred on the Marquis network, some files containing FedChoice member information were potentially viewed or copied by an unauthorized third party.
