Most accounts have overdraft protection if you are opted in. However, only members over the age of 18 are eligible for overdraft protection. Click here for more information.

All checks including cashier and some tax refund checks are put under a temporary hold for security reasons. Please refer to our Funds Availability Policy as part of your Member Account Agreement.

Please call the Member Care Center as soon as possible to initiate a stop pay on lost and/or stolen checks.
