No. ITMs perform all functions ATMs perform, but also include a face-to-face experience with a FedChoice Financial Service Advisors which allows for many more types of transactions.
You will be charged an ATM fee for any ATMs outside of our network. To avoid this, we recommend using a Surcharge Free ATM. Click here to view a map of Surcharge Free ATMs in your area.
Touch the screen to begin your transaction and a Financial Service Advisor will soon appear on video. They can then help you with your transaction, just like they were sitting in front of you in person!
Financial Service Advisors will be available from:
Monday, Tuesday, Thurs. | 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. |
Wednesday | 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. |
Friday | 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. |
During off hours, you can continue to use the ITM to make payments, deposits and complete withdrawals!
